First Light Mooloolaba, An Ascend Collection Hotel

While the central location was fantastic—close to Mooloolaba Beach and Sea Life Sunshine Coast—and the apartment was spacious and clean, we were disappointed by the malfunctioning air conditioning during a hot New Year's celebration. Despite secure parking and a lovely pool, the view was obstructed, and street noise made our balcony unusable.

We had a good-sized room with the sea view.

Truly exceptional hotel located in a very very nice area short walk to Close to cafes, beach, shops and restaurants, and shops. Units in your own bedroom. Unbeatable location for our visit to Knights' Square just a pleasant stroll away from the property.

It was huge, beautifully maintained and on level 9. A balcony, a lounge, and a kitchen were much appreciated. The staff was attentive plus the location was perfect: )

Had very very good stay on holidays. The staff were very very helpful and attentive with any request. The location was handy and incredibly comfortable: shopping malls and a supermarket were within walking distance. This hotel was set in a very very nice area.

we loved the hotel, it was modern and had fantastic location not far from the supermarket, restaurants, shops, beach and natural environment and the mooloolaba beach. booked a room with great views of the sea.

The place is well-kept and well-equipped, including a separate bathroom making it comfortable.

The hotel offers a clean place with a luxurious view of the sea. the interior is very modern, and the rooms are well-kept and brand-new. - the staff is knowledgeable, excellent, and always with a smiling face. - There is plenty of delicious food available for meals. - the location is handy and comfortable, being so close to Alex Bluff Foreshore Park. - It's an incredible base for exploring Mooloolaba.

The location is great, right next to popular attractions and in a really nice area, making it easy to visit Bar il Ciliegio nearby for a drink or two.

The room was well-appointed and compact. The hotel was clean. There were a nice balcony, a lounge, and a kitchenette area in the room, enjoyed that. This accommodation had a central setting right in the centre of Mooloolaba.

The staff here were really nice, and the views of the mountains were amazing! Our room was fantastic and cozy. This place is right in the heart of the city, which made it super convenient. We had a great time during our holiday stay here! 🌄.
